So grateful for HUMOR... find it in everything....
Isn't it amazing how little things can make you smile.... our friend gave us a microwave... it was an old (dial) microwave and has worked alright since we moved in.... today the boys decided they wanted popcorn... Well with new microwaves they have popcorn sensors etc... an older one doesn't, you have to watch it... I was listening for the popping, the boys just walked away... the popping stopped so I ran in there... it had started to burn the bag, but when I took it out Mackenzie looked inside the microwave to put her bag in, and screamed... the glass tray (a square that does not turn) was SHATTERED... I do not know for sure but I believe it happened during the popcorn... as I would HOPE my son would have noticed it was shattered prior to putting it in.. but then again he asked me where my keys were that were right in front of him. Anyway, it really just made me laugh... this poor microwave has lived through who knows what, and seriously a bag of microwave popcorn took it out.... lol I started the search for sales on one and a friend said she has an extra... THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
While Jordan had his friend here all day, and Mackenzie was laying around feeling sick again, I washed all the dirty laundry folded, and PUT THEM AWAY.... yippppeeeeeeee........I commented yesterday about how it feels good to de-clutter, get organized and clean...
Since school let out, I have asked my darling son to CLEAN his room, finish unpacking (only been here since end of APRIL) and to make sure he has printed his summer homework and has his glasses in his new book bag...
TONIGHT..... I helped him unpack, clean, and we still cannot locate the mis-placed glasses... but HEY we have TWO glass cases and the NON bi-focal pair of glasses.....
St. Anthony, St. Anthony
Please come down
Something is lost
And can't be found.....
PLEASE help locate Jordan's bifocal glasses preferably before Wednesday... Thank you...
Hard to believe, but tomorrow is Tremendous Trinity Tuesday... lots to do and a doctors appointment to make... Take the time to trace the Trinity and be THANKFUL.
