9.2.12 Evening

Today started out with such peace at Holy Trinity.... It was nice to sit with someone special and Mackenzie was pretty good.  PM's Sermon was even caught by Mackenzie.... all about LISTENING...  I loved it!!! Mackenzie and I had the greatest conversation about how we need to listen and she said, "Yes, we need to listen more than we speak!"

12 But if they do not listen,
    they will perish by the sword^[a]
    and die without knowledge.- JOB 36 NIV

There is also something else that I picked up from today.... I have A LOT of reading to do!!!! - Thanks PM for my homework!!! And I thought I was taking a break from homework this September?!.. WRONG... Anyone want to help me with the Book of JOB? lol

After Church, the kids then got to chill and NAP (thank you Mackenzie), while I got to DE-clutter and clean.. It is a great feeling to start the school year off with all the school supplies in a cleaned out hutch and separated for each of them.  I also found I have a WHOLE TABLE??? lol and all the clean laundry has a home other than bags and baskets?? lol

SO GRATEFUL for friendship....The kids got to enjoy the afternoon with their friends separately and I even had a "play date" as well.  It was a great afternoon and then more friends came over tonight- nice to have adults here, so much fun...(kids got to stay up past their bedtime too) and Jordan is having his first sleep over here... it was cute, his friend said 'this is my first sleep over".... so cute...!!!!

As we say good night to this Spectacular Spiritual Sunday, we say good morning to a Marvelous Labor, Monday !!! We are so blessed to have the Freedom to decide whether or not to Listen and to follow....  how will you Honor those who serve us?
