I am so grateful for this lesson from one of the smartest women I have met... (Btw, welcome to viewing the blog on your new app :-)...So there is a trick to this thing called gratitude....Yes, you are supposed to allow yourself those moments to feel the not so great things. Allow yourself a period to express your feelings about the circumstances you may not be "grateful" for. As long as you DO NOT allow yourself to allow those feelings to take over!!!!! You are still in control... but let yourself feel those moments. It helps to feel better... I believe for this opportunity I am even more grateful not just for the positive things in my life but for those moments and the people in my life that are teaching me lessons. I look forward to saying my prayers tonight to show how grateful I am. Wishing you the rest of a terrific Tuesday night.. .and that when you awaken it is a wondrous Wednesday.....
